In the event of damaged goods or sizing issues with your apparel, kindly return the product to the address below within 8 days of receiving it, preferably utilizing India Post’s Speed Post service or any other national courier service. You’ll be pleased to know that your return courier expense can be reimbursed with a GeekWool Discount Coupon.

Cancellation & Refund:

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 3-hour window after placing it. The refunded amount will be processed via NEFT within 7-10 working days.

For delivered products:

If the product has already been delivered, customers should return it within 5 working days from the day of delivery to our office. Unfortunately, pickup services are not provided. The customer is expected to send the courier back at their own expense, preferably using India Post’s Speed Post service. The refund will be initiated upon receiving the product back at our office.
